What is Embu? is the subtitle of this new DVD by Sensei. Embu is the Japanese name for a martial art demonstration in front of an audience. The cover says: "Cultivate Ability, Spirit and Capacity so that it resonates together. Energizing in the Kukan, Living in the moment". This particular DVD begins with a large interview of sôke going through his many achievements for the movie industry, his many collaborations with the theater and newspapers. He stresses how important it is to gather with good people even if they are not training in Budô. After this long introduction about his social and professional life and shwoing pictures of his life four Embu are presented: Noda Cultural Hall in November 1981; Kotohira Shrine in November 2004; Togakushi Shrine in September 2007 and Fuse Benten in October 2008. At the end Sensei explains things turning around the concepts of Sainô, Tamashii, Kokoro and Utsuwa.
