In this DVD, Soke Hatsumi tries to make us understand the real meaning of Martial arts. Martial arts are not a game, it is a matter of life and death. This DVD was recorded at the Honbu Dojo in Noda with the help of a group of students from France (Arnaud Cousergue), England (Andrew Young), Sweden,
and Poland.

"Que sont les Arts Martiaux ?" ou "Budôwa nan desuka?" est le titre de ce DVD dans lequel Maître Hatsumi essaye de nous faire toucher du doigt l'essence des arts martiaux. Les arts martiaux ne sont pas un jeu c'est une question de vie et mort. Ce DVD a été enregistré au Japon, au Honbu Dôjô de Noda avec des élèves venus de France et de plusieurs autres pays : Arnaud Cousergue et les élèves du Bujinkan France, Andrew Young (UK), Suède, Pologne etc.
